Payment Confirmation: Orders are processed only after full payment has cleared.

Weekdays (MonāFri): Orders received and paid by 10:00 AM are processed the same day. Orders after 10:00 AM will be processed the next business day.

Weekends: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on the next business day.

Dispatch Notification: You will receive a dispatch notification along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Delivery (Within the U.S.)

Delivery Timeframe: Standard ground shipping typically takes 1 to 4 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Tracking Information: Tracking numbers will be provided as they become available.

Delivery Confirmation: If the delivery is handled by one of our drivers, you will receive a call, SMS, or email prior to delivery.
International Shipping

Shipping Provider: We utilize FedEx for international deliveries.

Delivery Timeframe: Delivery times vary based on the service selected. Please note that customs processing at both export and import points may affect delivery times.

Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for all customs taxes, duties, administrative fees, and any other clearance charges applicable in the destination country. Auto Engines USA will not cover these costs.

Undelivered Items: If an item is returned due to failure to clear customs or any other reason, the customer will bear all associated costs.
Receiving Your Order

Availability: Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods at the delivery address.

Redelivery Costs: Any costs arising from re-delivery attempts due to unavailability will be the customerās responsibility.

Inspection: Inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, note this on the waybill or delivery device before signing.

Reporting Issues: Inform us of any issues within 24 hours of receipt.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, you are obligated to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and on your premises. You remain responsible for the items until they are returned to us.
