Return Eligibility

• Incorrectly Supplied Items: If you receive the wrong part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.()

• Defective Items: If you believe a part is defective, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

• Special Orders: Items ordered specifically for you are non-returnable and non-cancellable.

• Used Parts: Returns for used parts are subject to our warranty terms.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

3. Include a written explanation for the return.

4. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

• Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

• Rejected Returns: If your return is rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Upon Receipt

• Reporting: Report any damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.

• Return Requirement: The item must be returned before a replacement is provided.

• Shipping Costs: If the error was on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Core Returns

• Core Charge: Some parts may require a core charge, refundable upon return of the old part.

• Return Period: The core part must be returned within 7 days of receiving the replacement.

• Condition: The core part must be in reusable condition.

• Damaged Cores: If the core is damaged due to insufficient packaging or handling, the core charge may be forfeited.
